4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free. Payment is taken at the time of order. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.
5. Delivery
Please see our Delivery & Returns page.
6. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Tell us by email and return the goods unopened within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. For hygiene reasons, opened packs of food cannot be returned unless faulty.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your goods are faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Product use
Our products are intended as food for wild birds and are not for human consumption. Please store them in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and pets.
9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
