Delivery

• Orders are dispatched promptly.
• Delivery times are shown at checkout.
• We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
• If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please email invigortex@gmail.com.

Returns and cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Unopened goods can be returned within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel. Please email us first and we will explain how to return them. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened food packs unless they are faulty.

Damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo if possible. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
