Magic Mealworms is a trading name of Invigortex Ltd. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at invigortex@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Details you give us when you place an order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address and, optionally, telephone number.
  • Order history and messages you send us.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through essential cookies.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract).
  • To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
  • To keep the website secure and working properly (legitimate interests).
  • To send you marketing emails, only if you have opted in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the shop, such as our payment provider, delivery couriers, website hosting and email services, and only as far as needed. We never sell your data.

International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Other data is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
